Outreach Gift Fair

Outreach Gift Fair 2024

Thanks to the generosity of our Campbell Hall community, we raised over $19,000 for this year's Outreach Gift Fair organizations! We are so grateful to help all of these incredible organizations, while teaching our kids the meaning of giving to others. Thank you all for making this year's OGF a success!
The goal of Campbell Hall's Elementary School Outreach Gift Fair is to help our students share their blessings with those less fortunate at the holiday season.

Our hope is that as students and families discuss effective and specific ways to make others' lives better, their own holidays will be enriched, and the students will begin a life-long involvement in service and outreach.

Gifts to OGF supports agencies and projects for:

Campbell Hall's Outreach Gift Fair (formerly the Alternative Gift Fair) was originated in the winter of 1990 by longtime elementary school art teacher Kathy Allison (now retired after 42 years of service). The program encourages students and their families to prioritize charitable giving in the holiday season. Each year, the community joins together to support a number of nonprofit organizations through fundraising efforts.

Modeled after Alternative Gifts International, our Fair is scheduled around Thanksgiving each year and provides the Campbell Hall community with a "shopping list" of projects, such as support for the training of a guide dog for the visually impaired, support for the Interfaith Food Pantry, or library supplies for Hillsides Homes for Children in Pasadena which offer opportunities to give meaningful gifts in honor of friends, family, colleagues, or teachers!
