The Anti-Bias Curriculum Redesign Lab was held July 29 – August 2 during which participants dove deep into the Social Justice Standards, guided by the incredible Emily Chiariello.
Our sponsor, Strategenius , led a Lunch and Learn session on bias awareness in hiring committees for our Anti-Bias Curriculum Redesign Lab participants. We’re diving deep into strategies to recognize and overcome biases in the hiring process, ensuring a more inclusive and equitable approach.
