Campbell Hall is committed to ethical and excellent education: we model our values through our actions. Therefore, Campbell Hall is a forward thinking environmental steward, nationally recognized for our commitment to sustainability.
From having a three-person carpool requirement for student drivers and encouraging carpool drivers to turn off their engines while waiting in line on campus, to replacing grass and hedges with drought-resistant plants, Campbell Hall knows that achieving sustainable solutions calls for stewardship, with everyone taking responsibility for solving environmental problems.Our Strategic Plan includes:
- Reducing our depletion or degradation of natural resources
- Increasing our use of renewable resources with a commitment to carbon neutrality
- Meeting LEED Gold standards for our new and renovated construction
- Integrating these goals into our curriculum and publicity
